There are a few ways to upgrade/downgrade your /Trial/Focus^Lite/Focus^Plus/ Focus^Pro  subscription.

The first and easiest way to manage your subscription is to click the orange banner at the top of your screen.

Alternatively, click the Menu icon in the top right corner of the screen -> My details -> Plan -> Change.

Then select the plan you wish to subscribe to ( (Note: if you are on a smaller screen you may need to scroll down to access the Select buttons):

From this page you can view and change your subscription/Plan and update your payment method (ie credit card/direct debit) .
